Does Islam Prohibited Friendship With Non-Muslim ?
Is it prohibited for a Muslim to be friends with every non-Muslim ( Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist Jew etc )?
Quran 60:8
'' Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from > being righteous toward them < and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.''
Quran 60:9
'' Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers.''
Note The Prophet Muhammad (saw) sent first Muslims refuges to Christian's country Abyssinia present Ethiopia.

What Is Jihad ( Struggle ) ?
* Giving positive response to bitterness is Jihad
* Maintaining pleasant relations unilaterally is Jihad
* Forgiving someone who has wronged you is Jihad
* Keeping your heart from hatred or malice is Jihad
* To practice patience in life is Jihad
* Spreading positivity while you battle with hardship is Jihad
The only true Jihad is that which is in accordance with Islam and Islamic Jihad is nothing but peaceful struggle with self. Let's do Jihad with our lives to become more positive more tolerant and more forgiving.

Do Dawah The Way Of Prophet Muhammad (saw)
Quran 5:67
'' Messenger, > preach < what is revealed to you from your Lord. If you will not preach, it would be as though you have ''NOT'' conveyed My message. God protects you from men. He does not guide the unbelieving people.''
Quran 29:46

Remember Ayah says > Our God and ''your'' God is one < ie they do not worship false God but they have false understanding of God.
Quran 6:90
'' We had guided the Prophets. (and Muhammad) (You) follow their guidance and say (to the people), "I do not ask any reward for what I have preached to you. It is my duty to awaken the world."

“Call people to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good teaching, and argue with them in the most courteous way”

'' And who speaks better than he who calls (men) to Allah while he himself does good, and says: I am surely of those who submit?

Rules Of Dawah
* How did Prophet Muhammad ''saw'' do dawah to his people?
* Did he say your religion is false and you will go to hell if you do not believe in my religion?
* Or he explain what is Islam with respectful manner ?
* You do NOT need knowledge of comparative religious studies to do dawah.
* Dawah is not about establishing supremacy of Islam or establishing you are super debater.
* In dawah you should conveying God's messages you should reason with them the best way.
* Do not say there religion is false.
* You must not argue to win the debate but try to win their heart and mind.
* Convey the message of Quran as wise counsel in human friendly manner.
* Dawah contains love and well wishing for the people to whom the message is conveyed.
* You should be very sincere toward them.
* Do not try to establish your superiority over them.
* Do not try to defeat them.
* You should have brotherly / sisterly feeling for them.
* Express love for them.
* You should address them as brothers and sisters.
* Do not ridicule and demean their religion.
* Do not talk whats wrong about their religion or keep it to minimum.
* Discuss 95% ''only'' about Islam.
* Do not try to say Islam and Quran is superior over their religion.
* Do not say to became Muslim to them leave it that to Allah's guidance.
* People do not join other religion just because you begging to them.
* You will win their heart and mind when you show respect to them and their religion.
* The best dawah is your manner.
* Allah understand all the languages so Shahada do not need to be in Arabic.
* The early Muslims accepted Islam ''only'' because the Prophet (saw) talked to them with kindness and respectful manner to them and your dawah should be the same way.
