Quran 2:185

'' The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.''

Quran 39:23

'' Allah has revealed (from time to time) the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, (yet) repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat; then their skins and their hearts do soften to the celebration of Allah's praises. Such is the guidance of Allah: He guides therewith whom He pleases, but such as Allah leaves to stray, can have none to guide.''

Quran 5:83

'' And when they hear what has been revealed to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflowing with tears because of what they have recognized of the truth. They say, "Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses.''

Quran 4:78 

'' Wherever you are, death will find you even if you hide yourselves in firmly constructed towers. Whenever people experience good fortune, they say that it is from God but whenever they experience misfortune, they say it is because of you, (Muhammad). Tell them, "Everything is from God." What is wrong with these people that they do not even try to understand? ''

'' Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah , so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah ? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment.''

Quran 6:122

'' Is he who was dead (without Faith by ignorance and disbelief) and We gave him life (by knowledge and Faith) and set for him a light (of Belief) whereby he can walk amongst men, like him who is in the darkness (of disbelief, polytheism and hypocrisy) from which he can never come out? The deeds of the unbelievers seem attractive to them. ''

What i think is when Allah said in the Quran that "O you who Believe .. .'' and Believers / Believing man and Believing woman refer to all those who believe in God regardless of there religion affiliation NOT just Muslim alone.

And disbelievers refer to those who rejected God (atheist) and evil doers regardless of there ''religious'' affiliation.

God just can't denied one group of people faith in him and their good work.

If i believe something wrong about God that does not mean i rejected him and His commends to do good.

 

 In the sight of Allah ALL tafseer are lied if author of the tafseer do not ''say'' they cant explained the >whole< Quran

For me they ''all'' clearly LIED

One person ''alone'' can not understand the ''whole'' Quran because Quran contains 100s of thousand subjects
